Partial Planning + Design

You’ve secured your venue and date—great job! Now you just need help with the next steps. We’re here to guide you through choosing vendors, creating a cohesive design, and making sure every detail feels like you.

This package includes handpicked vendors that fit your style and budget, a custom styling PDF, in-house design of your signage, seating charts, and table numbers, plus access to our exclusive rentals at no extra cost. From start to finish, we’ll manage every detail to create a stress-free planning experience.

Once you sign the contract, we’ll dive in, book vendors, and start crafting the perfect design for your big day!

Wedding Management

This package is perfect for couples who have the logistics and vendor bookings covered but need help with styling and design. We will turn your ideas into reality, handling everything from signage to seating charts and all the small details in between.

We will create a 30-40 page proposal with all of our design ideas for your wedding day. Our goal is to make sure your day reflects your unique love story and flows seamlessly.

In addition to design, this package includes all Wedding Management services. While we start with an initial meeting to kick things off, we step in fully two months before your wedding with a venue walkthrough. You will also receive full access to our RE Basic and All You Need rentals at no extra cost.

Wedding Management

This is our version of a Day-of/Month-of Planning package, designed for couples who have handled the details but need help tying everything together and managing the day. Six weeks before your wedding, we step in to finalize the timeline, handle vendor communication, and take charge of all the final details.

We will run your rehearsal, be the first vendor on-site, and ensure everything goes smoothly, from rental arrivals to cleanup. This gives you the freedom to relax, enjoy your final weeks of engagement, and celebrate with family and friends.

This package includes full access to our RE Basic rentals at no extra cost. While all packages begin with an initial meeting, we take over planning six weeks before your event to make sure everything is perfectly set for a stress-free wedding day.

We will create a custom package that fits your needs. From designing custom pieces for your seating chart to placing all of your decor on your wedding day, we are here to help! Each package also gives you access to our rentals.

Our styling package pairs perfectly with one of our floral packages, so you can sit back, sip your mimosa on the morning of your wedding, and know that everything is going to look stunning!

Floral Design

Here at Ruffle Effect, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality floral designs. We help each client dream up their perfect floral vision for their event.

We start with a consultation to gather all of your ideas, colors, and vibes. From there, we create a detailed proposal with photos and distributions, bringing your vision to life in a PDF. About a month before your event, we have a final detail meeting to confirm all the specifics, including the number of pieces and the color palette for the day. Then, on your wedding day, we show up and make sure everything is perfect!

As a full-service floral company, we love creating custom builds and designing the florals of your wildest dreams! Our full floral design packages begin at $5,000, but if your event has smaller needs, we are happy to create a custom order just for you.
