This package is perfect for couples who have the logistics and vendor bookings covered but need help with styling and design. We’ll turn your ideas into reality, handling everything from signage to seating charts and all the small details in between. We will create a 30-40 page proposal of all of our design ideas for your wedding day. Our goal is to make sure your day reflects your unique love story and flows seamlessly.
In addition to design, this package includes all Wedding Management services. While we start with an initial meeting to kick things off, we step in fully two months before your wedding with a venue walkthrough. Plus, you’ll get full access to our RE Basic and All You Need rentals at no extra cost.

This is our version of a Day-of/Month-of Planning package, designed for couples who have taken care of the details but need help tying everything together and managing the day. Six weeks before your wedding, we’ll step in to finalize the timeline, handle vendor communication, and take charge of all the final details.
We’ll run your rehearsal, be the first vendor on-site, and ensure everything goes smoothly, from rental arrivals to cleanup. This gives you the freedom to relax, enjoy your final weeks of engagement, and celebrate with family and friends!
This package includes full access to our RE Basic rentals at no extra cost. While all packages start with an initial meeting, we’ll take over planning six weeks before your event date, ensuring everything is set for a stress-free wedding day.

So you have a planner for your day, but when it comes to design your feel stuck?!? We are here to help! Let us step in and help you dream up the perfect vibe for your event. We would love to make your vision come to life! We will crate a custom package that fits your needs from creating custom pieces for your seating chart or just placing all of your decor on your wedding day we are here to help! Each package also give access to our rentals. Our styling package pairs perfectly with one of our florals package so you can sit back and sip you mimosa on the morning off your wedding and know that its going to look stunning!
Floral Design
Here at Ruffle Effect we pride ourselves in providing high quality floral designs. We help each client dream up their perfect floral vision for their event. We start with a consultation gathering all of your visions, colors, and vibes. Then we will create a proposal with all the floral details in photos as well as distributions to make your vision come to life in a PDF. We will then have a final detail meeting a month before your event to finalize all the details, number of pieces and confirm the coloring for the day. Then we will show up on the day and make sure everything is perfect! We are a full floral service company so we love to create custom builds and dream up the florals that live in your wildest dreams! Our full floral design packages begin at $4500+. Of course if you have smaller event needs we are happy to create a smaller order for you.
