The Full Ruffle Effect - Planning, Styling, Design, and Florals
The full Ruffle Effect package is what we are most known for! We offer wedding planning, event design and custom floral services, we consider ourselves to be multiple vendors under one roof who can do it all. We want our clients to be able to relax and enjoy not only the wedding, but the planning process. We want you to be present during and enjoy your engagement season, not stressed out about every little detail. We know that no matter what your daily life entails you are a busy person and have a lot on your plate. We are here to walk this season with you, take notes, learn your love story and become your friend so we can design and bring to life a wedding that tell your love story and feels like you! Because we are the ones planning, designing and making your floral dreams come to life there will be a cohesive design and nothing lost in communication. This package begins with an initial consultation where we listen to your ideas and vision for your wedding, talk about what you need, how much time you have and how involved in planning you would like to be. From there we create a custom package for you that covers your planning, styling, design and floral needs. We understand that every clients needs are different and have different budgets so we create this custom to fit your needs.
Full Planning + Design
So you just got engaged! Congratulations! Now your looking for a wedding planner to keep you calm, pick their brain of what vendor to choose, make decor that is totally you, make sure every detail is thought of and become your best friend? Look no further! We would love to walk every moment of this season with you finding the perfect vendors, design the perfect decor and taking all the stress off of your shoulders. We will read through all contracts and make sure you are getting the best deals for what you need. This package is for the couple who honestly doesn’t have time to plan their wedding or just really wants someone taking every step with them. This package includes all the researching, vendor scouting, planning, custom designs, and styling made just for you! We are here to walk this season with you, take notes, learn your love story and become your friend so we can design and bring to life a wedding that tell your love story and feels like you! This package includes all of our design services including custom creation of all decor elements and access to all of our rentals. Of course this package starts as soon as you sign the contract so we can waste no time booking the perfect vendors and creating the perfect designs for your day!
Partial Planning + Styling
So you have your venue locked down, but now you are unsure where to go next? You know you could do it all on your own, but want someone to split the tasks with? No worries we are here to help! You have booked the big piece and locked in your date so your doing great! Now you just need someone to come along side you and help you with the next steps. We are here to provided hand pick vendor selections for you that match your budget, style and personality. Then we will help you design every part of your wedding day by creating a perfect styling PDF. We will break down and plan every little detail from the entrance of your day to the dessert table we will make sure every piece of your day feels like you and tells your love story! Whether you have the exact vision of your day or have no idea where to start we are here to make sure that every detail is perfect and will design every piece for you in house. Custom creation of all your wedding signage, seating chart and table numbers are all included in this package as well as access to all of our rentals at no additional cost. This means that every piece of your wedding day will look and feel like a cohesive masterpiece that tells your love story! We will use our creative and strategic wedding planning and design services to make this planning process stress free and fun! This package starts as soon as you sign the contract so we can waste no time booking the perfect vendors and creating the perfect designs for your day!
90 Day Planning + Design
This package is for the couple who is on top of booking vendors and the logistical details, but needs help on the styling and design of your day. We are here to not only come up with the ideas, but create them for you! We will take care of all the signage, seating chart, and all the little things in between. We will work with you to make sure your day feels, looks and flows just like you! We believe in bringing our clients love stories out in the details of the day and will help you come up with custom ideas to use on your wedding day. This package will also of course included all of our Month of Planning items as well. Although all of our packages begin right away with an initial meeting to kick off planning right, with this package we won’t be taking over planning until a venue walk through 3 months before your event date. This package also gets full access to our RE Basic and All You Need rentals at no extra cost.
Month of Planning + Styling
This package is for the couple who is on top of it and just needs someone to come along to tie up the loose ends and take charge on your wedding day. You have taken care of booking all your vendors and coming up with all the decor details so now its your turn to sit back relax and celebrate! We will come in six weeks before your wedding day and take over all communication of your vendors, finalize that timeline and tie up any loose ends. We will run your rehearsal for you and be the first vendor at the venue on your wedding day. You should not have to worry about when the rentals are arriving, when to walk down the aisle, or if the venue is cleaned up. You have us for that! This allows you to enjoy the final weeks of your engagement, practice your vows and enjoy your time with family and friends! Although all of our packages begin right away with an initial meeting to kick off planning right, with this package we won’t take over planning until 6 weeks before your event date. This package also gets full access to our RE Basic rentals at no extra cost.
Styling + Design
So you have a planner for your day, but when it comes to design your feel stuck?!? We are here to help! Let us step in and help you dream up the perfect vibe for your event. We would love to make your vision come to life! We will crate a custom package that fits your needs from creating custom pieces for your seating chart or just placing all of your decor on your wedding day we are here to help! Each package also give access to our rentals. Our styling package pairs perfectly with one of our florals package so you can sit back and sip you mimosa on the morning off your wedding and know that its going to look stunning!
Floral Design
Here at Ruffle Effect we pride ourselves in providing high quality floral designs. We help each client dream up their perfect floral vision for their event. We start with a consultation gathering all of your visions, colors, and vibes. Then we will create a proposal with all the floral details in photos as well as distributions to make your vision come to life in a PDF. We will then have a final detail meeting a month before your event to finalize all the details, number of pieces and confirm the coloring for the day. Then we will show up on the day and make sure everything is perfect! We are a full floral service company so we love to create custom builds and dream up the florals that live in your wildest dreams! Our full floral design packages begin at $4500+. Of course if you have smaller event needs we are happy to create a smaller order for you via our Ruffle Effect Petal Shop. Our petal shop has no minimum, but is for drop off and pick up only.
